Elizabeth McAndrew-Benavides is a twenty year technology training leader who recently joined Opsgility to support Microsoft training efforts in Washington, D.C. Most recently, Elizabeth led a team at the Electric Power Research Institute. This team supported the development and delivery of training programs to the global electric sector. The EPRI Training Department worked with experts to create and administer over 600 courses on a broad set of energy related topics and tracked global participation data via a publicly facing learning management system.

Scott Hoag (MCT, MCITP, MCPD) is a Principal Cloud Solution Architect with Opsgility where he drives the adoption of Microsoft's cloud platforms for Opsgility and Skill Me Up's customers. As a consultant, trainer, public speaker, and author that has been developing content for Microsoft technologies in multiple domains including Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft 365, he is well versed in creating technical content, including documentation, videos, and code sample for all audiences - from beginners to experts.
